Birdi 4 Jemma Launch

Birdi 4 jemma is now is in its 2nd year.  Last year’s function was a roaring success.  The golf day took place on Thursday the 31st March.  It all looked gloomy, weather wise, with a bit of rain, but didn’t dompend the spirits of the 140 players that took part in the inaugural event.  A big thank you to all that participated in the day and to all who helped to make it the huge success it was.

If you want to learn to begin dropshipping or simply wish to know how drop shipping works with Shopify apps-n-themes, you have arrived at the perfect location. Drop shipping is used when you would like to sell enormous assortment of the goods. As many drop shipping will inform you, finding the best niche is among the most essential pieces of building your strategy.

The pro’s, Ashley Roestoff, Nic Henning, Lyle Rowe and Francois van Vuuren, also made the day rather interesting by helping to produce as many 2 clubs made on the day that PEGC would see in a whole year.

It was a very emotional prizegiving for me and all who were there as Jemma proudly walked on to the stage and made a speech to thank all the participants that helped make her day so very special and to those who had pledged towards the birdies.  Jemma received a cheque for over R40 000 and the auction, with the compelling help of Mr Mike Bosch, and our generous bidders raised just over R30 000.

The pro’s will be back on the par 3’s this year, and this year I will actually be able to participate on one of the tee’s to help shorten the players second shot for that hole.  We already have prizes and sponsorships trickling in so it promises to be as much of a success as last year.

The Titch Moore Classic will be held on the 3rd of April 2012 and we will welcome all who want to join us in the fun and festivities.  It is of course for a good cause.....may the birdies fall!

To my friends,

I am starting a charity project and hope that you will have the time to consider assisting me in making this a success. I am in the process of registering this project as Non-Profit Organisation and it will be run legitimately by a financial firm.

It has always been a dream of mine to give something back to the community in some way.

I have decided that the time is now. I have a few causes that are close to my heart, but the final decision came when I saw Jemma Whale (7 yrs old) again for the first time in a year, when she popped in at the golf club to see her dad. Jemma has been recovering from yet another operation for her condition with Cerebral Palsy. As per usual, she was a bundle of joy and just happy to carry on a conversation with all whom said hello. Graeme Whale, her father, has always supported me in the past and to this day, still supports me when it comes to coaching and mental training. It hit home that I can give back to her family for their support. On a bigger scale, we are negotiating with various other charity organisations to accept to being beneficiaries for the start of this project. I will then consider adding other charities in years to come. I'll keep you posted on this front.

The whole concept is centered on my performance every year and the amount of birdies I make in tournament play. People will be able to pledge an amount per birdie (minimum of R5 per birdie) for the year. The period will run from March to February every year. This year's drive will begin at the Vodacom Origins event at Humewood, beginning on the 28th of July. In March 2011, I will host a golf day which will be the big finish to each year's fund raising, where a cheque will be handed over to Jemma and the applicable charity organisation at a gala dinner after the golf.

We have also arranged updates to be published in the local sports newspaper, Sport Elizabeth and Tee 2 Green around the country.

I want to thank you for your time and hope that we can all make a difference.

Warm regards

Titch Moore
